The copyright registration covers works listed in Article 3 of the Copyright Law, such as written works, oral works, art photography, film and television works, musical , video works, engineering and product design drawings and their descriptions, etc.. Copyright registration includes works of literature, art, natural science, social science, engineering techniques, etc..

Process: Works submission > Copyright entrust letter > Submit(Copy of business license and personal identification) > Acceptance > Examination > Certificate

Required Documents: 1.The application for copyright registration; 2.A copy of applicant’s ID; 3.Certification of Copyright Ownership; 4.Work sample( Hard copies or website links); 5.Work’s description(Purpose, process, independent creation proof, written with applicant’s stamp and application date); 6.Authorization letter and copy of IDs are needed when others register on the behalf of applicants.

For the right person's works, to send a copyright warning letter to the potential infringement platform, the platform after receiving the letter of warning, it should bear the obligation to monitor, delete and exclude,preventing the occurrence of infringement.

Process: Warning Application (work name and target)—document submission(application form, ownership certification, letter of entrust)—sending warning letters(Mail and E-mail)

7 * 24 hours of uninterrupted monitoring shall be carried out within the platform specified by the right holder (which can cover the entire network and the whole platform). Support film and television, sports, music, graphic and other types of works to monitor.

Infringing Link Deletion

According to the right holders, the professionals will fix infringement evidence through the combination of the remote electronic notarization system and offline forensics, while for offline processing.

Agent notarization

According to the needs of the right holders, the professionals will fix infringement evidence through the combination of the remote electronic notarization system and offline forensics.

Process: Notarization application—Documents submission—Notarization process start—provide notarization document

Required Documents: 1.The relevant material of the right holders; 2.Ownership certification; 3.Notarization target and related description of infringement; 4.Entrust letters from the right holders

Mediation/litigation

Joint copyright mediation center, law firms and KuaiYou Intellectual Property Ltd and other rights agencies, provides mediation and litigation agency service.

Process: Submit relevant information of published work—Provide authorization letter—Mediate before litigation—Litigate

Required Documents: 1.The relevant material of the right holders; 2.Ownership certification; 3.Infringement evidence; 4.Authorization from the right holders to mediate or litigate
